| Jackie Howe is the Firm Administrator for Colling Swift & Hynes, and has over 35 years of experience in government, trade associations, research and development firms contracting with the Department of Defense, and private organizations in areas as diverse as food distribution, land and waste management, and government relations.
Howe's government service includes over five years in the office of Vice President George H.W. Bush. Working with the Vice President's Regulatory Task Force and the National Narcotics Border Interdiction System (NNBIS), she gained broad exposure to the Executive and Legislative branches of government. In the Executive Secretariat's Office, she traveled with the Vice President and his advisors assisting the group in an active capacity.
Howe joined the Vice President's staff after two years in the Office of Civil Rights at the Department of Transportation under Secretary Drew Lewis. She received two certificates of excellence awards during her tenure with the Department of Transportation.
